Already, Starwood has used the first Element property in <a herf="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2008/2/19/11127/3736/hotels/Snapshot_Aloft_and_Element_in_Lexington_Might_Make_Actual_Opening_Date">Lexington, Mass.</a> as the guinea pig for green building of the brand.
