Reports were swirling about that The Hoff cut himself shaving and was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. While Hoff was shaving, there was a little bit more involved in the incident.<blockquote><p>Turns out that The Hoff was shaving - after using the gym at the Sanderson Hotel - and had trouble with the dark lighting and trendy chandeliers over the sinks in the Philippe Starck-designed men's room. Squinting in the mirror, the 6-foot-4 Hoff bumped his head on the chandelier, which sent shards of glass and chrome cutting into his right arm, severing a tendon.
