Assuming, of course, that I'm a millionaire by then, or at least have some great contacts in Rio, I figured I should stay at one of the best hotels in Rio de Janeiro: the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Porto+Bay+Rio+Internacional+Hotel/ian/123699"><b>Porto Bay Rio Internacional Hotel</b></a>. Right now it's the <a href="http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g303506-d301505-Reviews-Porto_Bay_Rio_Internacional_Hotel-Rio_de_Janeiro_State_of_Rio_de_Janeiro.html">#1 Rio hotel on TripAdvisor</a> and has one other big advantage: it's directly on the beach at Copacabana.
