And, we assume, not yet boasting an embarrassingly-scantily-clad pack of Spring Breakers. And yes, it's super late it was shooting for November of '08 <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2008/2/12/14433/5251/hotels/Capella_Pedregal_Well_Underway_Shooting_for_November_Open">last we checked</a>. Oh, well, maybe it never will become a nasty college Spring-Break-y destination: calling itself an "intimate oceanfront hideaway," the resort has only 66 luxe guestrooms, and each one has a private plunge pool, ocean views and a "personal assistant" (i.e. concierge) assigned to its occupants. But perhaps Nicky thought she was in France because she was caught trying to suntan topless. Cabo San Lucas: Park Hyatt Coming to Cabo San Lucas in 2010

We may have another addition to our Best Hotels in Mexico for Cabo Virgins. The only exception is that you will have to hold onto your Mexico V card until 2010. That's when Park Hyatt will be opening up their Cabo San Lucas hotel.

The only details we could find on the place came from Hotels Magazine which said that the Park Hyatt will be part of a larger resort complex called Cabo San Cristobal Resort.

Beer lovers: screw your bikini insecurities and embrace your beautiful beer bellies in Mexico.

Casa Dorada in Cabo San Lucas has just opened The B Lounge, a new "luxury beer lounge" that boasts beautiful views and over 60 different beers -- including a mango-flavored brew. This is a nice alternative for Mexico vacationers who enjoy beer but don't so much enjoy the rowdy frat parties and keg stands that usually come to mind when we think of drinking beer in Mexico (woo Spring Break!)

If mango-flavored brews don't sound good to you, they've got Corona too. Stick with that.
