What do all these destinations have in common? They have all, at one point or another, been designated the location for the very first <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/Edition%20Hotels"><b>Edition Hotel</b></a>, the new luxury hotel collection spawned by Bill Marriott and Ian Schrager. <p>Last we checked, <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2009/2/25/85518/2997/hotels/First_Edition_Hotel_Now_Opening_in_Honolulu_So_They_Say">Edition Honolulu</a> would open in sometime in 2010.
