The <b>Four Seasons Beirut</b> will be opening there in December, joining other Middle East sister properties such as Amman, Damascus, Doha and Riyadh.<p>The hotel plans to play off its nickname of "The Paris of the Middle East" by giving each room and suite its own private terraces with views of the city, the mountains and the Mediterranean. The hotel will even get a little Miami spice with a rooftop pool that turns into a cocktail and tapas lounge at night. (Expect the pool to open later in Spring 2010.)
