We're frustrated by this kind of social media nonsense for the same reason we remain skeptical of <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2009/9/15/13409/0160/hotels/Omni_Hotels_Builds_iPhone_App_To_Help_Customers_Do_Umm_Stuff_">hotel iPhone applications:</a> nobody uses <em>those things</em> for <em>that.</em> <p>Your average traveler books flight or hotel deals for themselves and their families.
