The 32-room hotel with a "European inn" vibe was set to open in February and guess what, it's actually opening on the very first day of next month. <P>The hotel's website is touting a pre-opening special of $150 a night but for February 1, we could only find rooms at $199 a night for a queen bedroom. Meanwhile <a href="http://www.jetsetter.com/sale/palihotelmelrose/palihotelmelrose?nm=upcoming&cl=1">Jetsetter.com</a> is hyping stays for just <b>$115</b> a night on February 1st.
