And there actually may still be space for the hotel's very first official evening open: according to the staffer we talked to, there is still a bit of availability for tonight, with rates starting around $119. The grand opening will follow on September 18th.<p>The Warwick property will be a little different in terms of vibe than its Texan sister.<blockquote><p>With New England¹s rivers and bays as its muse, this NYLO has a witty vibe that celebrates its locale. The bar takes design inspiration from fish gills. In the restaurant, chandeliers recall dry sea coral, and tables have Plexiglas tops with embedded sea sponges.</blockquote></p><p>In fact, NYLO is even calling this place Soho-by-the-Sea. Kinda cute.
