Hotels Want To Spend Thanksgiving Dinner with You

Well, if you're staying at a hotel this Thanksgiving then you should have the hotel do it for you. Here's a round-up of some hotels that are offering Turkey Day dinners and of course, rooms for you to stay in as well.
The Otesaga: Head to upstate New York to Cooperstown (home of the Baseball Hall of Fame) and book the "Thanksgiving Family Weekend" package. You will get two nights in a traditional guest room, two holiday dinners and two breakfasts for each guest in the hotel's main dining room.
You'll also be invited to a cocktail reception on Wednesday evening hosted by the hotel manager, plus a ton of family oriented holiday

San Diego: For One Million Dollars, Rent Out The Hard Rock San Diego for One Night

And the hotel is positioning it as the "Ultimate High Roller Holiday Gift."
Ok. Before we start in on this whole she-bang, let us at least tell you what you--the payer of a million dollars to a hotel--will get:
· Private jet transport for 10 VIPS from a "select" destination in the United States to San Diego with limos to the Hard Rock

(Don’t let its glossy corporate shell fool you!) Underneath its aging-rocker exterior you’ll find an inner badass. Really! Of course, this is 2009 (not 1969) and a luxury hotel (not a muddy field) we’re talking, so “pot brownie” is, alas, just a play on words.

In their words: “The truth is: The

When we stayed at The Hard Rock San Diego last month, we were asked upon check-in what music we liked. We responded with "Rap and Hip-Hop, why?" And the front desk told us that genre of music was now playing in our room. Which we hadn't even entered yet!
Sure enough, when we made our way up there, Snoop Dogg was playing through both of the flat-screen TVs via the cable music channels.
