We always feel bad for our globe-trotting vegan friends. When they dine at hotels, they are stuck with practically no options on the menu, and the choices they do have are basically limited to lettuce. But a number of hotels are trying to cater to the meat-free, dairy-free crowd and offer a special vegan menu that also tastes good.

Two City Center hotels are even cheaper, with <strong><a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Aria+Resort+and+Casino/local/1594">Aria</a></strong> at $189, and the <strong><a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Mandarin+Oriental+Las+Vegas/local/1582">Mandarin Oriental</a></strong> at $225.
