Like the rest of us, the Shangri-La Santa Monica is looking to make a fresh start in 2010, especially after its recently completed $30 million renovation. To celebrate its new look, this 1939 Art Deco gem is throwing a New Year’s Eve blowout bash for 700 of its closest friends (or just paying patrons).
The hotel will mark the end of the decade starting at 6:00pm on December 31, and party hard until the evening comes to a close at 2:00am at the multi-level rooftop bar and lounge, Suite 700, with its pop-up bars, fire pits and killer views up and down the coast. ]]>
