Even better, our favorite holidays falls on a weekend this year so you can celebrate both Mischief Night and Halloween without having to deal with a hangover at work the next day. Although we can't promise you that your coworkers won't show up in witch, cat and devil costumes on Friday anyways.
If you're planning on taking your costumes to another city this Halloween, we've put together a list of five hotels that are close enough to the scary action in town but at which you can still get a good night's sleep. After all, who really wants to sleep in a room haunted by ghosts or

It's lucky you have us to do that for you, and we’ve been looking for rooms on a budget since chances are you won’t be spending any time there anyway. Here’s what we found.
We did a quick search on our hotel rates search engine, and came up with a few options that aren’t exactly budget, but are still pretty good.

This week, she'll be sending back some thoughts on the hotel scene.

When one thinks of New Orleans, two things probably come to mind--Hurricane Katrina and Bourbon Street. While the city is in the midst of rebuilding the areas damaged by Katrina as well as rebuilding its morale, liquor has been a constant.
And it's served everywhere without judgment. You can just as easily order a beer at 9am as you can at 4am without anyone wondering
