Recently, the hotel was used as the setting for vampire hotel, <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2009/7/13/184617/911/hotels/The_Bryant_Park_s_Cellar_Bar_is_Perfect_for_Vampire_Lovers">Hotel Carmilla</a>, in True Blood. Then last night, the boys of Entourage ended the episode in a typical Entourage fashion--toasting their success over dinner--at <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2006/11/29/103336/44/hotels/Sofitel_s_Simon_LA_Serving_Both_Cotton_and_Eye_Candy">Simon</a> inside the hotel.
