For many couples, the vol-au-vents are as important as the venue when it comes to planning their perfect wedding. To an epicurean, the wedding is the be-all and end-all foodie affair, � la My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and the proverbial rubber chicken, puddles of potatoes, and standard 8-guest to a table formula is not what gastronomic wedding memories are made of.
