Back in 2010, it was announced that W Hotels had dropped two of its Manhattan hotels, the W Court and the W Tuscany, a decision one commenter called a "good move."

Though no changes took place immediately after London-based St. Giles�Hotel Group took over the properties, it seems the company is finally ready to mold The Tuscany to its liking. Starting in February next year, the hotel will close down for a complete renovation of the rooms, suites and lobby—though hopefully nothing will happen to the awesome Lexington Avenue-facing patios. Not much needs changing there!

Add 10 points. Add 5 more points. But as far as service goes, it looks like St. Giles has some catching up to do. New York: Get a Fourth Night Free at The Former W Hotels, The Court and The Tuscany

U.K. budget hotel brand St. Giles only added former W Hotels The Tuscany and The Court to its collection last month, but it wants to celebrate its new properties by giving you a free night in one of them.

If you book a four-night stay at either hotel from June 6 to September 6, you'll get the fourth night for free. So you'll have three full months to take advantage of the buy-four-get-one-free deal—we'll definitely celebrate that. A room at The Court costs around $259, while The Tuscany charges about $269 for a room, so the free night would be a nice savings.
