The Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire is getting really cheesy. That's because the hotel just started dairy-filled raclette night every Thursday in its BLVD restaurant.
Raclette is a traditional European dish, but for some reason it hasn't yet caught on in the U.S. Basically, Swiss raclette cheese is melted either over a fire or on an electric grill and then the gooey goodness is poured over meat, veggies or potatoes.]]>
