During this magical time — which runs January 18-23 and 25-30 — over 250 NYC restaurants offer fixed-price lunches for $24.07 and dinners for $35.00. Reservations opened up today, and for the first time ever, some participating spots are offering Sunday Restaurant Week deals (an affordable gourmet hangover antidote?)
