Marriott's budget-ish brand has made huge improvements in the past two years. We love their new lobbies and cafes which cater to the modern traveler's high tech fixations. We actually stayed in a Courtyard by Marriott the other week in New Jersey and for $129 a night we had a large room with a king bed, a pull-out couch, a mini-refrigerator, flat-screen TV, complimentary internet and a balcony.
