London: Table Tennis is Now On at The Zetter Townhouse

Cute. The game room is available for private parties and such but luckily townhouse "residents" can access the room whenever they want.
Meanwhile, upstairs, guests can stay in

It’s a tote bag like the rest of those plastic replacement ones, only it’s made from recycled linen from luxury hotels in London and then prettified by London designers (they’ve launched with bags by the likes of Vicki Murdoch, Sir John Hegarty, Tom Dixon and Oonagh O’Hagan).

We've been gabbing daily about the amount of new hotels that London will be getting in the next few months, well years, really. (Thank you 2012 Summer Olympics!) So we decided it was high time to create a handy reference list for you. Here are 15 Upcoming London Hotels You Should Know About, all of them opening by 2012. We listed them by opening date as best as we could but as you know with hotels, these will definitely change.
Got an upcoming London hotel that we missed? Thankfully, we have a rather strong network of tipsters on the ground who keep us posted on all the new hotels planned for London.
This time, an excellent tipster let us know the next hotel on the block is the The Zetter Townhouse Hotel, sister to our old favourite The Zetter Hotel. The new hotel will be in the same style of The Zetter, well if The Zetter had been built 200 years ago that is. Getting from LHR to anywhere in London is arduous. Hiring a cab was the poison we chose, and almost an hour and a half after leaving Heathrow we arrived in the tiny, classic Euro Zetter lobby — oh, and it was only 9 AM local time. At this point, we were practically begging for a room at any point before the designated 2PM check-in.
