<title>London: Small is Chic at These London Boutique Hotels</title>

<title>London: Have Beer For Breakfast at London&#x27;s Fox &#x26; Anchor</title>

They&#x27;re both well up there on our list of things we love. But boozing &#x3C;i&#x3E;in&#x3C;/i&#x3E; hotels isn&#x27;t always as straightforward as it seems; sometimes it seems like a lot of effort to dress up and do it in a swish bar. And, frankly, most times we can&#x27;t afford to do it from the minibar. &#x3C;p&#x3E;So the &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/The+Fox+and+Anchor/local/1509&#x22;&#x3E;&#x3C;b&#x3E;Fox &#x26; Anchor&#x3C;/b&#x3E;&#x3C;/a&#x3E; sounds like just our kind of place. It&#x27;s a lovely old pub right in the heart of London (trendy/edgy &#x3C;b&#x3E;Clerkenwell&#x3C;/b&#x3E;) that just happens to have six rooms above it. &#x3C;p&#x3E;And though it&#x27;s &#x22;just&#x22; a pub, the rooms are a cut above; it&#x27;s owned by &#x3C;b&#x3E;Richard Balfour-Lynn&#x3C;/b&#x3E;, the man behind the &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/MalMaison%20Hotels&#x22;&#x3E;&#x3C;b&#x3E;Malmaison&#x3C;/b&#x3E;&#x3C;/a&#x3E; hotel chain.</description>

<title>London: Pete Doherty Wrecks Malmaison London Hotel Room Totally Sober</title>

Of course Pete Doherty was on some wild drug binge when he checked into the hotel before promptly destroying his room.&#x3C;p&#x3E;Pete Doherty, one-time fiancee of Kate Moss, a serial drug abuser and the lead singer of Babyshambles, put his hotel room into shambles at the &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.malmaison-london.com/main.asp&#x22;&#x3E;&#x3C;b&#x3E;Malmaison Hotel&#x3C;/b&#x3E;&#x3C;/a&#x3E; &#x3C;blockquote&#x3E;&#x3C;p&#x3E;JUNKIE rocker Pete Doherty went bananas at a swanky hotel in an &#x26;#163;10,000 wrecking spree. The Babyshambles frontman smashed furniture and electrical goods before leaving his &#x26;#163;200-a-night room soaked in blood. The dirty dandy also tore down the curtains, shattered every mirror and then started a punch-up in the bar, fleeing after police were called.
