Now we're less than a week away from kick off, details of the panels and parties for the Tribeca Film Festival are starting to come together. As you'd expect, most of the action is happening downtown. (We often see crowds of bearded, cool-hatted filmmaker types smoking outside the Tribeca Grand this time of year, and if you want to festival-gawk, we suggest this be your first stop.)
