Fortunately, <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/story/2008/9/15/164140/237/hotels/Fairmont_Hotels_Will_Take_Over_The_Regent_Battery_Wharf_Hotel_in_Boston">Fairmont stepped in</a> to save the hotel which also includes residences.
