After quite a few delays, the Duane Street Hotel is now open and taking reservations for tonight.

New Yorkology found rates for tonight for as low as $189. The hotel has been opened for about four days but the restaurant, 'beca, is on hold for another few weeks.

So? Not so much. We called up to check, and sounds like Duane Street's just waiting on the city at this point:<blockquote>We are taking reservations for January.
