West Hollywood: Hell's Kitchen Winner To Start Executive Chef Gig at the London West Hollywood

Machamer, a 25-year-old St. Louis native who was still in the midst of finishing Culinary School when she filmed the show, had the least experience of all the contestants. Last night we were able to snag some reservations to the Gordon Ramsay restaurant inside the London West Hollywood.

The restaurant has received some mixed reviews from food blogs and critics alike. But we wanted to experience it firsthand for ourselves. Fortunately, this hotel doesn't suffer from any CUT reservations backlog. We were able to get prime seating at 8pm.

Granted, it was a Monday night but still it's refreshing to have a desired time at a hot restaurant actually accommodated.

Hey, LA: do you hear that clickity-clack sound? That's a stampede of stilleto-clad starlets and wanna-be starlets heading straight toward you for some summertime party action.

But no need to lock up your booze cabinet; they have no desire to raid your house now that a bunch of new hotel bar hotspots have opened.

The LA Times reports that Suede inside the Westin Bonaventure is opened up yesterday (June 22nd), adding a second, slightly-more-private bar to their ground floor.

Phil Spector is most definitely not welcome there.

Hollywood: NYT Declares London WeHo 'Nearly Flawless'

Though the hotel is still partially under construction (the reviewer mentioned the rooftop pool was a no-go zone), yesterday's Times "Check In, Check Out" feature gave props to the hotel's location, acknowledged the "disarmingly helpful" staff and gushed over the rooms: <blockquote>All rooms have a balcony or terrace, and I woke up to a sweeping view over Beverly Hills.
