Beacher's Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt has seen its share of stop and starts. First David Arquette is signed on, then he isn't, then he is. The opening date was pushed back several times. The latest news is that Kelly Osbourne will be joining the oompa loompa circus as creative director.

The last two cheftestants were left to duke it out over the stove in the Bahamas. Of course, they holed up on the island's hotel-for-the-stars, The Cove Atlantis.
