We're Dreaming of Tahiti But We'll Probably Pass on the Sheraton

However, whether that's true or not depends very much on who you listen to.

Intercontinental Tahiti Starts With A Pretty Nice Pool

And Beachcomber is definitely a more attractive name when we want to think about tropical island vacations.

But whatever you call it, it's probably pretty clear that the Tahiti Intercontinental is a place we wouldn't mind staying at. Above all, it's got a really fantastic pool, and although the restaurant food is a little pricey, most guests rave about it.
Le Meridien Bora Bora Hatches Some New Baby Turtles

These eggs were actually brought to the Turtle Sanctuary by poachers and the Sanctuary's caretaker made a nest for them at the resort. The baby turtles will stay in the nursery for one year and in the resort's interior lagoon until they are 2 or 3 years old.

Awwww....

However, run-of-the-mill real world hoteliers don't always live up to the etymology.
Always looking to bring you the most pertinent information on the worldwide hotel scene, we figured when we found hoteliers that were worthy of the French pronunciation of the word, we would let them speak to you directly. Besides, before you dropped a bunch of cash to stay at someone's house, wouldn't you want to get to know the owner a bit? Exactly. We, always oh so full of ourselves, are calling this series Hoteliers That Matter and we are sitting down with these hoteliers and letting them tell you, straight from their mouths to web ears, what you
