Um yeah, that sounds crazy. &#x3C;blockquote&#x3E;&#x3C;p&#x3E;Opening a Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh is one thing. But moving into Baghdad is quite another. The Green Zone has been a frequent target of attacks by insurgents.
