Kavanagh</b>, VP of public relations for <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/w%20hotels"><b>W Hotels</b></a>, has told us that the hotel has no intention of reflagging (in which the W brand would move out of the hotel) and that guests can now book well into 2010 at the hotel. The hotel's owner, <b>Triyar Hospitality</b>, and the construction company, <b>Hunt Construction Group</b> are embroiled in a lawsuit over $20 million in payments that Hunt claims Triyar still owes.
