News is out today that <b>The Inn at The Presidio</b></a> will open in April, making it the only new hotel to open in EssEff in all of 2012.<p> The 22-room hotel will be created out of the historic Pershing Hall which was previously where all the bachelor military brass stayed when the Presidio was a functioning military post.
