About three hours north of Sydney at Salamander Bay, the Oaks Pacific Blue Resort has hooked us in by boasting the longest swimming pool in Australia. And a recent Age reviewer confirmed the claim:

I have no qualms accepting the claim that it's the longest in Australia, given that it took me the better part of a weekend to swim one lap.
