No where celebrates Maputo Day like the Grande Dame. <p> The colonial style <a href="http://www.polana-hotel.com"><b>Polana Hotel</b></a> takes you back to times before wireless (although there is free internet access), dining requires "smart casual dress", and when a room at the capital city's gem hotel was a mere $200 a night. <p> Guests will enjoy panoramic views of Maputo Bay.
