<![CDATA[<img src="http://www.hotelchatter.com/files/1425/dreamhotelhollywood.jpg" class="top"> Looks like <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/hampshire hotels">Hampshire Hotels</a> will be <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Party_in_the_U.S.A.">"hopping off the plane at LAX with a dream and their cardigan."</a> Ok, well maybe not the cardigan but definitely a dream...a <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/dream hotels">Dream Hotel</a>, that is.The <a href="http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-property-report-20111128,0,7468886.story">LA Times</a> reports that construction on the 148-room hotel will begin in the spring at Selma Avenue and Cahuenga Boulevard, right in the middle of Hollywood (and closest to the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/W+Hollywood+Hotel+and+Residences/local/1551">W Hollywood</a> and <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/The+Redbury+Hotel/local/4702">The Redbury</a>.)Not many more details have been released but the hotel will have a rooftop swimming pool, a restaurant and a lounge. <![CDATA[<img src="http://www.hotelchatter.com/files/1425/entourage_gablelombardsuite.jpg" class="top"> Nary an episode of <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/tag/entourage hotels">Entourage</a> airs without at least one scene taking place in a hot Hollywood hotel so it's no surprise that the final season of the bro show is starting off with Vince, Turtle, E and Johnny Drama living it up at the <a href="http://www.hotelchatter.com/hotel-reviews/Hollywood+Roosevelt+Hotel/local/11">Hollywood Roosevelt</a> in a penthouse suite.Granted, they are only there because Turtle accidentally burned down their house but still, the guys have had a long love affair with the Roosevelt. New Miniseries Will Explore Chateau Marmont's Celeb-Filled Past

The Chateau Marmont has had its share in the spotlight, most recently in the Sofia Coppola-helmed flick Somewhere. But now the West Hollywood hotel will have its own starring role in a new miniseries from Office star John Krasinski and Social Network scribe Aaron Sorkin, Deadline Hollywood reported.

The duo will executive produce the hotel-set HBO show with hotelier Andre Balazs and his daughter Alessandra. (Aha! So this is that TV show Andre was working on.) It will be based off the book Life at the Marmont by former hotel co-owner Raymond R. Sarlot and Fred Basten.

Beacher's Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt has seen its share of stop and starts. First David Arquette is signed on, then he isn't, then he is. The opening date was pushed back several times. The latest news is that Kelly Osbourne will be joining the oompa loompa circus as creative director.

She'll somehow fit the new gig into her schedule as a fashion correspondent for E! and contributor to Joan Rivers' Fashion Police. She'll work with just-outta-rehab Arquette, who's back as a co-host with creator Jeff Beacher.

Chateau Marmont Bans an 'Apprentice' Alum for Tweeting about a Celeb

Be careful about tweeting about celebs at star-packed Chateau Marmont. Former Apprentice contestant Jenn Hoffman was dining in Bar Marmont when she saw Rachel Hunter break out into some crazy behavior and she tweeted about it. The result: Hoffman is banned from the hotel for a year.

Hoffman took to her blog to explain the sitch:

"She's doing high kicks in the middle of the restaurant, she's yelling and screaming, she's singing happy birthday at the top of her lungs to a party that's not her party, she is doing full on splits—splits—spread eagle this way and this way in the middle of the restaurant...showing everyone her ladyparts."
