Remember in Back to the Future Part III when "Doc" Emmitt Brown traveled to the Old West?  Yeah, not the best of the three movies, but the allegory gives you an idea of what the Galiseteo Inn, which is 22 miles south east of Sante Fe, is all about.

Dusty dirt roads are contrasted by newly renovated rooms, but all 11 rooms remain rustic.  We are talking lassos on the wall, hang 'em horns a plenty, and tall wood ceilings.  Don't worry, there is also a hot tub and a lap pool, should you need such accouterments after a long day of horseback riding.
