How Does a Menage a Trois in the Hamptons Sound For Valentine's Day?

Not like that, mind.
Every Valentine's Day, we're inundated with crazy hotel packages that would require a Real Housewives-sized budget (and aren't all that inventive). So this week, we're taking a look at affordable, but fun deals that us regular folks would book.
Celebs like Jerry Seinfeld, Sarah Jessica Parker, Madonna and the entire Real Housewives of New York City cast would have you believe that the Hamptons is only a summertime destination, but the tony Long Island haunt for the rich and fabulous is a good spot to try all year round. Should you bring your lady love or man meat to East Hampton's c/o The Maidstone for Valentine's

There's a Bit of a Tomato Obsession Going On at c/o The Maidstone

The hotel that used to be East Hampton’s Maidstone Arms, has undergone a lot of changes rather quickly this past year. It is now owned and completely renovated by the Scandinavian c/o group, and is just called c/o The Maidstone.
One thing that’s slow about the hotel, though, is the new monthly Slow Food Spotlight Series kicking off in the hotel’s buzzed about (and heavily patterned) restaurant, The Living Room. Executive Chef James Carpenter will design each month’s menu around a particular food group designed to showcase local farms and seasonal produce.
