It has air conditioning (which I didn't use), a private bath with hot water (which I did use), a mini fridge, kitchen privileges, a hammock out front and this view. The only room better is number 12, on the second floor, directly above Room 6: it has a balcony overlooking the water. I paid $26 a night, but the hotel was only half full.
