(next to Florida Atlantic University, just outside the North Palm Beach area.) <p>Now, getting the hotel built by the expected opening date of January 2007 should not be a problem because <a href="http://www.hilton.com"><b>Hilton</b></a> is behind it. But the developer has already said the hotel will be "very high tech" in order to accommodate the FAU and soon-to-open Scripps Research Center.
