Stonefield is the kind of place that you go to when the most important thing is to relax. The location and lack of private beach belonging to the resort ;means that off-site activities are not so easy to organize, but if your plan is to hang by the pool or read a book while enjoying views over the ocean, then it's the right spot.
Note that children under the age of four aren't allowed, so it's going to be a little quieter than a regular family resort.
Not surprisingly, perhaps, Stonefield is popular with honeymooners, and they have a special package for those who've just tied the knot: the winter honeymoon deal costs $4450 and includes seven nights' accommodation, cocktails and champagne to welcome you, several cruises and tours, plus a massage, manicure and pedicure.
If you can postpone your wedding--or at least the honeymoon--until summer, the price drops to $3620, but the weather might not be perfect.
