Terrible Experience not recommend

Very bad experience was no hot water in the shower and the worst its the assistant sales director Louis Juarez i go to front desk and he keep me waiting for around 15 minutes and when i complain he call me liar he send some body to check the problem and my wife was inside of the room and this guy insist to come in to the room and my wife was changing , terrible experience
