Big fan of this place, mainly because it's so new that the rooms are pretty sweet. Make sure you are a SPG AmEx member and you'll get put on a special SPG floor (14th). -
Definitely get in a run with the Running Concierge, Mr. Dawn Waters. He's really great and adapts to your running style, you'll get a tour of Jersey City and you'll see amazing views of NYC.

I stayed at the hotel on Tuesday and Wednesday. ( August 24-25, 2009) The rooms are really large. They are extremely nice. I love, love, love the shower! I am very picky when it comes to showers. The hotel was very friendly. I would absolutely stay there again. I ate at the Fire and Oak restaurant also. The Ribs were awesome. Very rarely do you find good ribs. The meat was so juicy it fell off of the bone. :-)

Had lunch for Hudson Rest. Week. The soup and dessert were good. The salmon was okay. Rice had too much butter. Decent wine list. Coffee was brewed in a traditional french press. Little strong but nice.
