Great central location on the Beach walk, next to (and part of) the Halekulani

Rating: 8

This is a great little hotel with some great perks! It's location is probably it's greatest asset! It' s got beach access by pathway right out the door, it is near fantastic shopping and dining, has great packages that for us, included free breakfast and parking, and best of all, is next to the Halekulani, where we dined most often, enjoying music and hula by the beautiful Kanoe Miller. The hotel staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was nicely appointed. We opted for a view of the city and the mountains behind Honolulu, which was a nice change from looking at the ocean all day long from the beach. One must expect a little bit more noise, as this hotel is in the city, but we quickly got used to it, and found it comparable to the noise we would expect staying in Chicago, Minneapolis, Portland, or Seattle, where we have traveled. I heartily recommend this hotel.

    • Great hotel, very clean, wonderful Bell Boy service. The city is loud, but that's not the hotels fault.
    • Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in Connect near the lobby from 10 am to 12nn and then from 2pm to 4pm.
    • Second time staying here. I love it and you are extremely close to shopping and restaurants. Go across the street to house without a key and they can charge your bill to your room.
    • Good hotel but....What a noise!!! I won't come back there. It was impossible to sleep during the night and we had a room at a high floor, ocen view.
