    • Say hi to Tara
    • Terrible customer service- rude employees. Do not waste your time here!
    • Don't stay here. Crappy customer service! No excuse...
    • Super nice hotel, love the Bliss spa products.
    • Try white scrambled egg for breakfast. Great low fat menu!
    • Enjoy a cocktail over a game of Ms. Pac Man or Galaga.
    • You're going to need your key card If you're going to want to use the elevator
    • The steak is pretty good...house wine isn't that shabby either
    • Watch out for the black sedans if you want a taxi. They rip off tourists...you're better off waiting for a legit taxi with a meter.
    • Love this hotel. Watch out though, the in-room internet charge is per device! So when we got wi-fi on blackberry, ipad, and laptop there were 3 charges. Ouch!
    • Rub the budda's belly in your room and make a wish.
    • Great location. Fun bar (on the weekends). Rooms are different than other W's, but hey, it's San Francisco.
    • Room service here is terrible. They will short change your order bring you less than what you order, but insist you pay the the entire bill.
    • The roof garden at the nearby SFMOMA is a great place for a cuppa coffee.
    • Got the Bravo "Looking for Love" badge when I checked in here
    • Enjoy a glass of Elderton Shiraz...this wine kicks ASS
    • Pacman game table is free to play! The horizontal controller is a little broken though :(
    • Love the hotel esp. Swimming pool just next to SFMOMA expect very low water pressure in morning shower and unstable Internet access
    • The crab cakes are awesome but fattening.
    • The bar here is great for watching prostitutes work it.
    • The 5,000 square foot Bliss spa is home to the much-lauded hot milk & almond oil pedicure.
    • Brian is probably one of the best bartenders in San Francisco!!!!!
    • Go for a power nap in the chill pod on the 3rd floor. Way cool!
    • Have the bartender mix you a Mr. Jones.
    • Check your bill on checkout. These guys included a 50$ tip for themselves on a 31$ bill and need to "audit" that before they want to revert that. Are they ok?!!
    • Yesterday grateful dead was playin' here
    • Just booked into the W. Great venue, excellent staff and price and right beside the Apple 2010 conference venue.
    • As a guest head straight to the elevators at weekends, unless you like living in a nightclub of course.
    • Buy low sell high!
    • Go to the bar at night. The bar surface and lighting are cool.
    • Chris is best concierge on the planet!
    • If you're stuck downtown between meetings, the free Wifi in the lobby of the W is always helpful. They've got power outlets, too. Order a drink for the guilt.
    • Unless you're retarded, get the W burger.
    • If they still have the ROSE PEDAL cocktail - order it! It's divine!
    • Probably my favorite hotel bar in the city. The bar tops alternate in different colors. They have an extended and adventurous cocktail list with lots of original martinis to choose from. Plays lounge music. It's a great place to talk. -Mattin Noblia, Top
