The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites
An interesting hotel in downtown Los Angeles. It looks like the outside is inside. But thankfully, the rooms are getting a much-needed renovation through the first quarter of 2010.

Kids or no kids, ride the elevators and look out over LA! -
Rooms are small, wifi is terrible above the 5th floor and the colour coded towers take a few days to get used to. Nice bar. -
The hotel seems to have almost completed renovations and everything is much nicer than older reviews make it seem. -
The Bonaventure Brewing Co. On the 4th floor is a great pub AND has free WiFi...definitely go there! -
Try staying in a tower closer to one of the neighboring business buildings. They'll probably have better wireless than the hotel. Srs. -

Onsite for Sakai 2011 conference. -
Construction is never ending & LOUD. Don't be afraid for your room to be moved or a few nights comp'd if you're affected. -
If you want to eat fast, skip the food court in the Westin and go underground across the street at 505 Flower. (next to Paul Hastings) They have a nicer atmosphere and a MUCH better selection. -
Cooking classes held monthly! -
Love this hotel! If your at the bar in the lobby, ask for Vangie or Viet to make your drinks. They are awesome and fun to chat with. Stayed here for two weeks last month and back again. lOVE LA!!!!!!! -
Nice place!! -
Make sure your key is activated before going up to the 12th floor -

My college dorm room was bigger than the room here in fact smallest rooms I ever stayed in at a hotel -

BonerAdventure -
center lobby bar and fitness track are close because of construction -
Don't love this place. No mini bars in the room . Room service sent a salty turkey burger. 3 pm arrival and there was no one available to press my shirts. -
The only parking if you drive and stay the hotel is Valet parking which is 35$ a night~! -

-
Pay a little extra and get a Tower Suite. The traditional rooms are way too small. -
Don't forget to leave a tip about this place for your #solpwr10 friends!Also...try to avoid jumping in the lobby fountains when it is late at night and you have been partying in the club downstairs... -
Fight to get a room in the yellow tower facing the cental library. They're small but the view is totally worth it! -
What a coincidense, I've been to the Bonaventure too. Lol -
The layout actually made alot of sence to me - rooms are fine - elevator rides offer a great view -
This hotel is confusing as hell but, the lounge is kinda cool...with friends of course. -
Bonaventure Brewing Company has great selection of salads -
Hotel is like a maze and the bedrooms are small and cramped. -
Valet parking is super-busy, especially near check-in time (3pm). Allow ample time to pick up your car. Mine took 30 mins last night! -
Ok, this hotel has got to have the most confusing layout ever...and why the he'll doesn't the elevator stop on 5? -
Don't like small room with double beds -
Didn't like it - had no hot water - they sent an engineer who said "just let run for about 10 minutes and it will warm up". Is this a Westin or a Red Roof Inn? -
The staff at the Lakeview Bistro inside are some of the nicest people around. -
ride in the glass elevator to the rotating lounge for a drink and 360 degree view of the city -

-
Ride the elevator to the 35th floor and look out at the city. -
Stay in the green tower in the suites. -
This place is stuck in the 90's! Avoid it! The hotels only redeeming quality is the roof top lounge which opens at 5 PM. -
have massage 3rd floor -
This could be a corporate complex for Oracle, not a hotel -
Def go there and visit the revolving restaurant at the top. Order a martini. then go to the 2nd floor and do the exercise circuit. you'll know what i mean when you see it. -
Have a drink at the revolving cocktail lounge on top of the hotel at night. Enjoy the beautiful city lights and view of LA.
