The waitress ID my receipt to my Table as 3BLadies

April 10 2008 my friends and I dined at the Ritz Carlton Dean Fearing Restaurant.We started with drinks at the outside bar and that is were is all begun. The waitress ID my receipt to my table as 3 B Ladies and added Gratuity without my permission, I'm a Black Lady and my friends are too. The Dean Fearing reservationist sent me a email of my receipt and 5 others that was not with my party. I didn't know these people, but I do know there names,what they were drinking, eating and some of their Credit Card info. I called the company and asked for a  Apology Letter from both the Ritz Carlton and Dean Fearing Restaurant, But was sent joke letters, not a Apology Letter.
