Memorable stay at Plaza Suites Santa Clara, CA
We spent two wonderful nights at the Plaza Suites. Our suite was newly remodeled, new paint, new furniture, new bathroom fixtures, new draperies, two new flatscreen TV's, etc.. Our suite was spotlessly clean as was the hotel. Towels were soft and abundant. A soft terry-cloth robe was provided as well. Complimentary cocktails and "cooked to order" breakfast entree' was much better than the typical hotel fare. Our suite was quiet despite facing Highway 101. The hotel staff were professional and attentive. Hotel manager communicated with us frequently to assure our comfort and satisfaction. Our visitor from the area was impressed with the hotel and our suite and will begin referring corporate clients there.

This hotel is cheaper than many in the area but that is probably for a reason. The decor in the hotel is very nice but is some what of a mask. The couches are not comfortable, the lighting in the rooms is horrible. Another downside is the lack of frequent stay program that you gain by staying at the Westin, Hilton, etc. Nice features are the made to order breakfast (complimentary) and the suite rooms. Internet is $6.95 for 24 hours and is very fast.

To simply put it, this is one of the best hotels anyone could ever stay at!:) The complimentary fully cook to order breakfast and super friendly and courteous staff alone make this my choice of hotel in Silicon Valley/Bay Area. I recommend anyone who travels in this area to make this your hotel of choice! I promise, you will not be disappointed! Simply put, you will not find a more friendlier and helpful and awesome staff anywhere!:) If you don't believe me, go find out for yourself!:)
