Luxurious atmosphere and Personalized Pampering for a great price
Because Well Spa is quite a bit smaller than some of the large on-the strip spas, we got treated like royalty. Well Spa staff was warm and courteous from the moment we called to ask about pricing to the moment we walked out after a luxurious couples spa treatment. It was not abrupt or pretentious like some places. When we arrived, the staff already knew us by name. They were expecting us. We were given a nice tour of the facilities and left us alone to enjoy the ammenities. Any time we had a question, staff members were friendly and attentive. After using the workout room at the Platinum, going for a swim, lounging in the jacuzzi and enjoying a poolside lunch, we headed back to the spa (one floor away) for our treatment. When I had first called and found out about the couples package I noticed that Well Spa was the only place that did not assume that we were a heterosexual couple. They asked me what my guests name was and did not even hesitate when it was another woman. Huge points there. In addition, when the package I wanted was a little higher than my price range, the staff person on the other end immediately understood and tailored that package down to fit our budget. Instead of the full length Pintura Fresca package $515, we opted to scratch off the body glow treatment. It wasn't that important to us and we cut down on the length of the massages a little. We still managed to get our own private area of the spa which included a massage room with two tables, an amazing shower and our own steam room. Just like in the more expensive package, we got to paint each other with exfoliant then therapeutic mud, afterwhich we sat in the private steamroom for 20 minutes, then showered and prepared for our massages...all for $280 total. Terri and Dustin were our massage therapists and they were amazing! I have had many massages and they don't compare to what the Well Spa had to offer. I will definitely go back anytime I'm in Vegas.
Affordable and fantastic service
I'm a massage therapist and work at a spa, so when I go to a spa - I'm picky! The WELL spa at Platinum Hotel highly exceeded my expectations. It's small which is very welcome after being in the loud casinos. The service was wonderful and the sitting area to wait for your treatments is very pleasant. We had a couples 80 min deep tissue massage and both therapists were great. The pressure was good and you could tell they were well educated in their fields. I've been to other spas in vegas in the big casinos and will go back to WELL any time I have the chance. It's worth the trip off the strip (granted only a few blocks behind the Flamingo).

Swim directly from the outdoor to the indoor pool, ideal during the cooler months or when the Vegas temp goes from hot to infernal. -
It's only one block from the strip. Very nice interior, pool on the 5th floor and extraordinary night view from the roof (17th floor).. Fabulous place to stay! -

Nice facilities with good rates for the size room. There is no self-parking and you have to valet. -
Beautiful hotel: amazing beds, huge rooms, attentive service and a wonderful heated pool complex on the roof (well 5th floor). Only a 10 minute walk to the strip. Worth the extra money for sure. -
