John the bartender in the Mallard Bar is excellent! And has an awesome accent.

Ducks are brought to fountain at 11am and leave at 5pm.

Possibly the worst customer service ever at a "luxury" hotel. If you don't mind having to search for the valet & concierge and random, unknown hours for the bar you'll love this place!

You can call and ask your kids be the duck master for the day - and there are two chances for that each day

If you have drinks in the lobby bar, they'll validate your valet parking. It's a little-known-fact.
