The NoMad Hotel, located on the corner of Broadway at 28th Street in the Madison Square North Historic District, will present one of New York City's premier luxury experiences to today's global travelers. As the first LEED certified renovated hotel in New York City, this twelve-story French Renaissance building constructed in 1903 adjoins the Midtown South neighborhood and enjoys stunning views of the Empire State Building.
