The hotel rooms in the pyramid are moldy. Stay in the tower.

Heat/air doesn't work in my room. Will be talking with the front desk later. Friends here are not having any luck getting a good whirlpool suite in the pyramid either.

Internet is very slow ended up teathering my phone the entire time during #CES

This place is a rathole. Plugs don't work. Dirty bathrooms. Clocks broken. Analog TVs. Hasn't been updated since opening. Just gross. Avoid room 5050.

By the obelisk, outside the Luxor, face the hotel and you can get a shot of the sphinx with the pyramid in the background.

Put the Do Not Disturb sign when you're in the room. Housekeeping opened our door about 20 mins after we've checked in.

If you're gonna use bubble bath in the spa tub, I don't recommend using half a bottle of it. Unless you're in the mood for a mountain of bubbles that don't go away.

stay in a spa suite in the pyramid - the tub is worth every penny.

The bed is hard, the pillows are soft, but the room is comfortable. The elevator is funky going sideways. The smoke lingers throughout the place even in the rooms...putting towels in door crack helps

The buffet... Leaves much to be desired. :/

Tower rooms are nicer.

Smoking rooms are way too stinky. Ask for non smoking room.

Black jack es muy mal here. Dealer got three blackjacks in ten minutes. Like, what?!

No matter where we stay we always end up here for the evening. Aurora is great, the Party Pit girls are nice, for the most part the people are pretty laid back and cool. Carrot Top Rocks

West tower rooms were a dump. Moved too upgraded 16th floor room in the east tower. 1000 x better

Love this hotel! They changed the beds and they are very comfortable, very friendly staff, and there is a Starbucks in the hotel ... What more could you want?

The inclinators are insane :) Pyramid Cafe has good food 24 hrs.

Don't let these negative reviews of the Luxor scare you. I actually enjoyed the Luxor and would consider staying there again. Club LAX is greeeeat!!!!

Don't let other negative reviews scare you. The Luxor is actually not that bad. Its different for sure but not that bad. Service was good shows were priced decent. Guess its not for everybody.

No cell service in the rooms, except on the window.

Don't forget if it's too hot outside, that they have a Food Court inside the pyramid on the Mezzanine.

Old people gambling at the Luxor don't like to be called "mummies," for some reason.

Hit the breakfast buffet (downstairs) on the weekends for bottomless Mimosas.

The appetizer platter at the bar upstairs is one of the best.

Check out Fantasy. The girls are hot and the comedian that comes out is hilarious. They pick someone from the audience to come on stage. When I was there, they had already pre selected todd. Staged

Not bad for orbitz deal online, it's vegas, everything is run down and expensive!

More buffet: $30 worth it for all day food, but hit or miss on desserts, meats good, but sub-par large quantity food

When it opened on October 15, 1993, the pyramid was the tallest building on the strip and took 2 years to build at a cost of $375 million.

Be prepared to pay an additional $12.95 a day "resort fee"

Never EVER again! My "suite" was tiny and outdated. A horrible dank, foul, humid cloud escaped the room, and copious black mold in the bathroom. Long hairs in bed and shower. Dirty dirty dirty yuck.

stay in the east tower, it is the easiest and closest to the walkway for the excaliber

Staying in the pyramid is a fun experience, but the tower rooms are much nicer...

Dine at the cathouse. Sexy, sure... But the food is effing fantastic.

Criss Angel/Cirque Du Soleil - BeLIEve show. Don't waste your time or money. Even the masters of Cirque Du Soleil couldn't make this one worthwhile.
