The Lenox has the best smelling "public" hand soap in Boston. While you're there grab a great Guinness at Solas - upstairs is cozy and quiet. -
Ask the desk to arrange airport shuttles for you. They have a contractor who is cheap and will schedule service for you. No waiting on 3rd party services to pick up at other hotels first. -
